Fall Wishlist

Hello Lovelies!

I've done some trips to the mall and I've come back home empty handed. It's so weird because I usually always buy something. But it's all good because I was saving money for my trip, and I leave this Friday! I don't know if I will be able to make another post during the week, if not I will see you next week. Also, I'm sorry if I haven't got back to your comments, I am not fully recovered yet, but I'm feeling so much better though.

In the meantime, here are some things I'm hoping to get for this fall season.

30DS Shred Suspended

Hello Lovelies!

I'm so bummed out because today I was suppose to show you results from my 30 day shred level 2. For health reasons I have to suspend it for now, I was on day 5 of level 2.

Last week my chest started hurting, and I thought I was just sore, so I kept working out, but the end of the workout, I felt dizzy, weaker than usual and my heart was beating faster than usual. By the next day, my chest was not only hurting, but my back was hurting too. The pain became unbearable that I couldn't sleep. Even after taking some pills to calm down the pain while I was at work  I couldn't keep working because my chest was hurting more and it scared me because I kept thinking "I'm going to have a heart attack".

I went to the hospital, and after all the studies I had, turns out my esophagus is swollen, which was causing me both chest and back pain. My doctor told me to take it easy, and put me on a diet.

I plan on getting back to the program as soon as I can. My chest pain is gone, but my back is still hurting a bit, but it is much better. I still have 12 days before I leave for Cancun, so, maybe I will rest 2 more days and get back to working out.

New Liz Lisa Stuff

Hello lovelies!

If you guys are a reader of mine you know of my love for Liz Lisa. I hadn't purchased from the brand in a while. To be honest, I was avoiding visiting the website because I didn't want to spend too much money, but I saw they restocked some items I've been loving for so long, so I purchased them because they were also having a sale. They are getting rid of their spring/summer items.
I finally have a Liz Lisa Champouf, and it's a a pink one, and it's huge!

Since I found out about it I've been wanting one, but they rarely sell them on the website. I finally have one, it's so fluffy and soft. It also has rosy cheeks, I'm so in love with it. ♥

Also bought this cushion cover. If it weren't so bright it would match my bedding.

Finally a pink pullover. I love the bows detailing around the shoulders.

30 day Shred Results- Day 10

Hello lovelies!

As you know from my previous post, I have been working out to the Jillian Michaels 30 day Shred. If you haven't already heard about this program then you might be living under a rock. It's one of the most popular fitness programs.

Let me explain to you what it is. It's a 20 minute workout video, composed of 3 different levels. Each level gets progressively more difficult. You do each level 10 days, taking one day off every 7 days.

Here are my results from level 1. I only lost a pound on, but I'm not concerned about weight, I just want to get rid of the extra fat. I'm sorry the photos are dark, and the beds are so unorganized! I like to workout at night and have a hell of a messy roommate.

I felt like my stomach is not as bloated as in day one, and I think I'm seeing my abs a bit more defined. Also my arms are a bit slimmer.

Again, my stomach looks flatter. The extra fat on my back has been reduced too.
Day 1- Day 10
The areas where I see the biggest change is my back, which is also my most problematic area. Less fat and better posture.

I will update you when I finish level 2, in approximate 10 days.
