I Spoil Myself During the Holidays

Hey guys!
So I love the holiday season. Just seeing how some people decor their homes, and my favorite is the food. We Mexicans usually make tamales, mym mom only makes them once a year on Christmas eve because its hard work.

Anyways that is not even related to what I want to share. There is one thing I hate about the holidays... that is shopping for gifts.

Every store is having sale after sale, and offering free shipping I just can't resist those offers and have bought things for only myself. Its only a week before Christmas and I have not bought a thing for anyone. I know shame on me... so lets appreciate my new things.

 I was looking for a Liz Lisa coat on Yahoo auctions and came across this Tralala Coat, it was only 3000 yen, and it's brand new still has the tags, it was originally 12,390 yen!

I know this is super nerd, but got the Sailor V volume 1. It is a short manga only 2 volumes, but this is the basis to the story of Sailor Moon and I have always wanted to read this and since it is being republished I was able to find it on Barnes & Noble.

Taobao Haul No. 2 + Popteen+ some exciting news

Here are some of my items of my mega October haul are here! My order arrived like 2 weeks ago, but I've been studying so I haven't had much time to post anything.

I also went to the Japanese market to pick up the November Issue of Popteen. Also while browsing on ebay I found on ebay the October 2011 issue of Popteen for $5. I loved all of the fall coordinates.

I loved this spread from October 2011, I think I could use this as inspiration for outfits I can wear at the office.

I was debating to tell you guys this or not.
It is just that we mexicans are so supersticious. We don't tell the good news  until it is for sure  because we believe if we tell someone they might wish us bad luck, and their wish might come true!

But anyways this Saturday is the SBS Kpop Super Concert In Irvine. So Girls Generation, 2NE1, KARA, Sistar, 4minute, B2ST and CNBLUE will be performing. I bought tickets for the concert, but the thing is that his concert has already been postponed 3 times. So this entire time I've been wary if they postpone it again.

So obviously like every concert they had the VIP tickets with additional perks. One of them is a fanmeet with any of the groups of your choice. I just bought regular tickets without any of those perks. Then they announced on the facebook page that the non-VIP ticket holders can enter a raffle to attend one of the fanmeets for a group of our choice.

I entered the raffle just to test my luck. I'm so unlucky I never win anything. I've only won a raffle ONCE in my entire life. And it is not that I do not buy tickets for raffles, I do, it just that I never win.  I just have to be the unluckiest person out there. So without any hope I entered.

Yesterday I received this email

I WON A FREAKING FANMEET WITH GIRLS' GENERATION!

I nearly hyperventilated. I feel so blessed!
They are my favorite group and I will get to see them so close ヽ(*⌒∇⌒*)ﾉ.
I'm crossing fingers everything will work out as planned on Saturday, and that SBS won't postpone the concert again because if they do I might just die.

I'm a Bad Girl

Hey guys!
Lately I've been not so good. I promised myself that I wouldn't  do some things. Shop and dye my hair again. I did them anyways. I broke a promise with myself.

I died my hair again as you can see in the picture above. It's a brighter pink. The pastel pink I did it first faded in 3 washes and I was back to platinum blonde. I got this color mixing conditioner with Manic Panic's cotton candy pink and red passion. At first I didn't like the color too much because it was this bright emo pink, but in the first was turned into a lighter pink and I like it.

On October 1st (that makes it look like I'm writing a diary). I went to get the October issue of Popteen, and oh god it was already sold out! I talked to the clerk there and told me that they don't import as many magazines now because the import taxes went up. So I got a subscription. Being there I bought the September issue of seventeen.

Obviously is not a gal magazine. I didn't really like it. Only bought it for the gift.

Speaking of Liza, I placed an order yesterday on their online store. I'm so excited. A couple of weeks ago they were selling this lucky bag because the online store turned 1 year. I sadly missed the sale and even the Shibuya 109 website was sold out. I read on tumblr that they had added new items, and I saw the bag in the front page I nearly hyperventilated. They added a limited amount of bags. So I bought it.

Of course I will make a post of what's inside once it gets to me. I also purchased this top from the sale section.

Also I placed another order on Taobao. There was one item that I wanted since my first purchase from there.

These are  not Liz Lisa replica, but they are close to the boots from last year's winter collection.The difference is that these are suede and have a rounder toe while the originals are leather and are pointy.

I really liked the dress when I saw it. But it is over $100 USD and is out of my possibilities considering local shipping, agent commission, and shipping from japan to me. So it went on sale and it was a little less expensive, but it sold out. So I purchased it from Taobao for about $30

Well I have more stuff coming in the mail, but if I tell you everything now it wont be as fun, also I should be studying. So I'm ending it here.

More Japanese Stuff

Hey guys!
On Thursday a friend of mine went to eat japanese food and we decided to go to the Japanese market, we got some nice stuff, so I will show you what I bought.

Ok so I also dragged her to the japanese bookstore, and bought the April issue of Popteen with Tsubasa on the cover.

I've been flipping throught the pages and I love it. I can't read japanese but because they have tons and tons of images it is pretty easy to get a sense of what they are saying. Tutorials are super easy to follow. Anyways my favorite article has been this.100 outfits based on certain spring color. Obviously this is the blue pages.
Erasers were $1 each, the soccer ball is my boyfriend's. He got very excited when I gave it to him lol.
Daiso eyelashes, I love them, only $1.98!
Diamond lashes, these are "the dolly eye", I've been enjoying my diamond lashes from my last haul, that I decided to try out these.
Also got this Kamipita hair velcro thing. It is to hold your hair while you do your makeup. I wanted another color, but this was the only one left, so because I was only going to use it at home it didn't really matter what color it was.Super kawaii chopsticks! I don't even know why I got them, I don't even know how to use them.
